APPEARANCE! A tall, strongly built man in good health, typically with a beard and a smile. Considered handsome by most, well liked by almost everyone and usually in a good mood. His hair is a dirty blond that he sometimes wears long when he gets a bit lazy about cutting it and keeping it neat. He likes his beard and has no intention of getting rid of it. Most often wears comfortable clothes that have designer labels. His jeans are ridiculously expensive and even his t-shirts are tailored to show off the wide breath of his shoulders and just a hint of his sculpted abs. Hidden in his closet is a set of armor, old fashioned mail and leather that is incredibly well kept and enchanted with a few protections. He wears this only when he goes hunting old evil monsters that still lurk in the wild places outside civilization. When hunting he also carries a sword a bit taller than he is yet he can swing it with ease.
PERSONALITY! Aedan is warm and outgoing to everyone he meets despite the tragedies in his life. He hides his more violent streak very well behind a playboy personality, partying and traveling the world. The gossip collumns often accuse him of wasting his life because of how easy going and spoiled he appears. Aedan has sued some papers in the past when they cross the line and accuse him of destroying his family's legacy. Behind that playboy is a fierce warrior. Aedan is absolutely deadly in battle. When he hunts a monster he does not stop until the creature is dead. He knows he can't bring his family back. His hunt isn't about revenge. It's about making sure no one else goes through what he did. He got his revenge years ago when he killed the monster that killed his family. Now, he hunts to protect. When he allows someone to get close to him he is incredibly loyal. If someone insults or threatens a friend or loved one, Aedan will unleash that temper of his on that person without holding back anything. He loves deeply and falls quickly but if scorned will carry the grudge for awhile. It's difficult for him to forgive a broken heart. A betrayal of is trust is the worst thing a person can do to him. He has a deep fondness for all types of animals but especially horses and dogs.
BIOGRAPHY! Aedan is the second son of a noble family. These are people with titles and political power. When he was in his late teens something attacked his family in the middle of the night. Aedan escaped by jumping from his second story bedroom window. He got a decent look at the monster that attacked them though and swore revenge. His older brother, Fergus, also survived but he was in a coma and the doctors didn't give him a good chance of surviving. The police were unable to solve the murder and for a time they suspected him and Fergus thinking they wanted their inheritance early but they couldn't prove it. Aedan disappeared for years once his name was cleared and went to Germany where he found a group of monster hunters to train him and when he returned to London it was to his brother who had woken up and was making a slow recovery and to hunt down the monster that killed his family. Once he had his revenge Aedan thought about giving up the sword and trying to make a life but he liked hunting. So, he took inspiration from Batman and decided to live a double life. He watches media closely for signs of monsters and then goes to hunt them but when he's not doing that he plays a lot of polo, parties most every night, and beds whoever is willing. Fergus is terribly disappointed. The gossip papers make fun of his antics. Aedan ignores it all and hunts.
